Tonight, Johanna meets music icon Harry Connick Jr, to talk about his career, working on Idol and as a special treat, Harry shows Johanna how to cook some classic southern food, while his daughters Charlotte and Georgia judge their dad’s creations.
ADAM – TWO SHEDS WORKSHOP
Adam heads to Bega on the south coast of NSW to meet a lady who has a passion for building and carpentry. But over and above that she has an enthusiasm for teaching and passing on the skills she has learnt. After the courses started with the local women in the community, they became so popular kids started learning too. The classes help the participants build confidence to shape their own environment. And despite being a carpenter himself, Adam might just learn a thing or two as well.
FAST ED – ONE POT – STICKY CHINESE SALMON
There’s on an old saying “it’s easier to catch flies with honey than vinegar”. And this proves true when trying to get kids to eat… anything healthy. So rather than force them, Ed’s going to entice them with a sticky Chinese glaze. In this recipe, Ed’s drizzling a honey glaze over salmon, but it could work with any protein. So, have a go and see if you can catch more flies.

Peanut butter and jam are synonymous with sandwiches, but they’re even yummier flavours when put into a cheesecake.
