JOHANNA – AT HOME WITH GRANT DENYER
Whether its reading the news, sharing the weather, dancing with the stars or hosting the latest hit TV show, Grant Denyer has been a permanent fixture on our TV screens for over 25 years. Away from the cameras, this Gold Logie winner’s life is just as busy, if a little less glamorous. Alongside his wife, Chezzi, and their three daughters, Grant has carved out a life in the countryside, where the couple are renovating their stunning country home and even raising a herd of Scottish highland cows.
Although Grant’s life is looking a little different these days, one thing has remained the same: his passion for the track! Joh’s stopping by to catch up with Grant, take a lap around Mount Panorama Circuit, and to learn all about his latest venture: his tell-all podcast.
ADAM + CHARLIE – BLEND YOUR BINS
It’s a problem most of us are familiar with. No matter how well-manicured and colourful your front yard, nothing can hide the eyesore that is your daggy garbage bins. This week, Adam and Charlie are teaming up to find a solution. Adam’s building a stunning timber enclosure to hide the bins away and Charlie’s creating a stunning garden on top. Garbage bins have never looked so good.

Everyone needs a good tomato passata recipe in their repertoire, and this week Karen’s sharing her roasted tomato version, which is a real cracker. She’s adding some butter beans into the mix and serving it up with crispy fried fish and loads of herbs to create the perfect mid-week meal.
ED – TURMERIC BRISKET WITH CHICKPEAS, ONION & GINGER
Brisket is a great cut of meat, but when it’s not done right it can be a bit tough – to cook and to eat. Fast Ed’s sharing his top tips for tender brisket, served with chickpeas and lots of spice. With ginger, turmeric, cinnamon and cardamom, this slow-cooked marvel is brimming with flavour.
ED – BROWN BUTTER PORRIDGE DAMPER
Everyone loves damper…but good damper is so hard to find! This week, Fast Ed’s sharing his foolproof recipe. With loads of added flavour from the browned butter – plus cheese for good measure – this damper has the most amazing texture and smells as good as it tastes.
GRAHAM – PLANT WINNERS FOR EVERY SPOT
If you’re after some inspiration for your backyard, nothing beats a wander around a nearby botanic garden. Not only are they home to hundreds of amazing plant varieties, it’s a good way to find out what will grow well in your local climate. Graham’s visiting The Blue Mountains Botanic Garden in Mount Tomah to check out the seasonal highlights and to share plenty of plant picks for your garden along the way.
