NBA on ESPN NCAA Men’s and Women’s National Championship

NBA on ESPN – The race to the NCAA Men’s and Women’s College Basketball National Championship reaches the business end, as the tournament enters the Final Four stage this weekend LIVE across ESPN.
 
Saturday April 6 sees the NCAA Women’s Final Four Matches in a LIVE double header on ESPN2.
 
South Carolina meet NC State LIVE at 10am AEDT in the first of two huge NCAA Women’s Final Four showdowns.
 
NC State have breezed into the final four, courtesy of double digits wins. South Carolina fell one game short of the Championship game in 2023 after being eliminated by Iowa.
 
Immediately following LIVE at 12.30pm AEDT, #1 Iowa face off against UCONN.
 
All eyes have been on Iowa Hawkeyes star Caitlin Clark this NCAA Women’s tournament, and she has promptly delivered. Clark led number one seed Iowa to a 94-87 win over LSU in the Elite 8, to advance to their second straight Final Four.
 
Clark hit 41 points and 12 assists in a stunning display against the side that took the NCAA crown from Iowa in 2023, denying Iowa their first ever NCAA Women’s Championship.
 
UCONN have the most final four appearances in the women’s tournament history and setup the blockbuster Iowa clash after eliminating highly fancied, USC in an 80-73 win on Tuesday AEDT.

The Men’s NCAA tournament action then takes centre stage on Sunday April 7, also LIVE on ESPN.

At 8am AEST on ESPN2, NC State will meet Purdue in the Final Four.
 
NC State knocked off rivals Duke to reach the Final Four for the first time since they won a national championship in 1983.
 
Purdue are formidable opposition and will start heavy favourites against the #11 seed Wolfpack.
 
Following LIVE at 10.30am AEST, Alabama faces off against UCONN.
 
UCONN are the defending Men’s champions and will be favourites to reach the deciding game once more.
 
Alabama have surprised already this tournament, eliminating North Carolina and Clemson on route to the Final Four.
 
The NCAA Men’s and Women’s Championship games are also LIVE on ESPN.

Monday April 8 will see the NCAA Women’s Championship games at 5am AEST on ESPN.

At the same time over on ESPN2, ‘The Bird and Taurasi Show’ – an alternate cast of the NCAA Women’s championship game, will be hosted by women’s basketball legends Sue Bird and Diana Taurasi.
 
Tuesday April 9 brings the NCAA Men’s Championship Game LIVE at 11am AEST on ESPN.
