Weekly Ratings Australia – Seven has won week 13 in Total People and 16-39, both in primary and network shares. Nine wins the week in 25-54 primary and network.

Analysis


Seven wins in Total People Network and Total People Primary channel as well as Network and Primary channel in the 16-39 demographic.

Nine wins in Network and Primary channel in the 25-54 demographic.

7two was the highest multi channel in Total People.

7mate was the highest multi channel in 16-39

10 Peach was the highest multi channel in 25-54.

ABC TV did beat 10 in total people in both network and primary channel, however, it should be noted that ABC have a massive advantage in older age brackets. In 16-39, 10 smashed ABC (19.5% to just 11.4%) and in 25-54 (20.4% to 12.3%) with network shares.

    • People 25-54: 38.1%
    • People 16-39: 35.9%
    • Grocery Shopper + Child: 41.1%
    • Total People: 38.4%
  • Across the primary channel shares (prime time), Channel 9 recorded the following winning shares:
    • People 25-54: 28.1%
    • People 16-39: 27.5%
    • Grocery Shopper + Child: 32.1%
    • Total People: 28.6%
  • The Sunday and Monday episodes of Married At First Sight took out the Top 2 programs with People 25-54, 16-39 and GS + Child. They also took out the Top 3 programs with Total People across the 5 City Metro. 
  • Sunday Afternoon NRL won it’s timeslot across the 5 City Metro and East Coast and in Sydney and Brisbane with Total People and all key demos, and  recorded a Live BVOD Audience of 24,000 (+5% YoY)
  • Thursday Night NRL was the No.1 program with people 25-54, 16-39 and GS + CH in Sydney and Brisbane, and Total People in Sydney and the No.1 program live streamed that day against all broadcasters. 
  • Thursday Night NRL has grown year on year (+19%) for Total TV and this week’s match recorded a Live BVOD Audience of 58,000 (+68% YoY)
