Big Brother on 10 it’s time to win… Coco – It has been an incredible and unpredictable season, full of tears, laughs, and way more farts than we could have expected.
But in tonight’s grand finale, it all came to an emotional end as Big Brother announced Coco won a cash prize of $135,000, not to mention Australia’s heart.
With five housemates remaining, our finalists were in for a major night of evictions, but before Big Brother fired up the eviction pyrotechnics, our fab five sat down for one last dinner to look back and reflect on their time in the house. The final five toasted their evicted housemates and reflected on the highs and lows of their journeys, ahead of rejoining the real world.
But this is Big Brother, and there was still one more surprise left to turn the house on its head. Before we said farewell to our first evictee, host Mel Tracina gave the housemates one last temptation: a brand-new Suzuki Jimny XL.
Both Bruce and Allana wanted their shot at the car, facing an exceptionally tense game of chance, but it was Allana who won the keys to her brand-new car, ending her time in the house.
Speaking to Mel after her win, an excited Allana said: “I’ve never won anything! I was just pretending that I was on a TV show that everyone was watching,” before someone in the crowd reminded her… she was!
The mood in the house quickly shifted as we had our first eviction of the night, and unfortunately it was time for Bruce to go.
Reflecting on how much the experience changed him, Bruce said:
“Halfway through there I was ready to go home… so, for everyone sticking by me I really appreciate it. We’ve had our ups and downs, and I just want to thank you all, honestly.
“I think I had a bit of a preconceived idea of myself… when you’re put in those circumstances, you get beat down and you realise that may not be what you thought… I’m excited to see, you know, explore a bit of myself on the outside and see what comes.”
In a shock to the final three housemates, the next to face eviction was Colin, leaving Coco and Emily as our final two.
Speaking to Mel after his eviction, Colin, aka ‘Brevington’, explained his iconic catchphrase saying:
“Brev, you know, there’s no distinct meaning for it, it’s literally just whatever comes to your soul in that exact moment.
“I know that we’ve all got Brev moments, we might have different words for it, that’s just my way to express it. This is a Brev moment right now, bro!”
Finally, it came down to just two housemates, Coco and Emily. And there was just one thing left to do… announce our winner: Coco!
Runner-up Emily described her time in the house as an absolute blast.
“At the end of the day, I’ve learned a lot about myself… it’s been an absolute pleasure. Highly recommend it!”

And in an emotional end to a finale packed with surprises, Coco was finally reunited with her three children onstage as she was crowned the winner.
Coco said to the adoring crowd:
“Thank you so much, you don’t know how much this means to me. Thank you, every single one of you… I’m honestly lost for words.
“I went in there and I was myself. My whole life I’ve been myself and it was never accepted, so to be accepted by all of you… my kids finally get their mum full time! There’s going to be presents under the Christmas tree, you name it!”
Congratulations Coco! While the season may be over, we’re pretty sure Big Brother will be keeping an eye on our beloved housemates… until the next batch arrives.
