Big Brother on 10 it’s time to go… Edward and Conor – And with that, we have our final five housemates of Big Brother 2025!

On Sunday night, a shock surprise during letters from home saw Edward’s time in the house end abruptly. Later, it was unfortunately time for Conor to farewell the house.

Now, ahead of Monday night’s Grand Finale, Allana, Bruce, Coco, Colin, and Emily are all that remain, and tomorrow one will be crowned the winner of Big Brother!

Recap Eviction | Big Brother on 10 it's time to go... Edward and Conor

With time ticking, Big Brother has stepped up his game when it comes to evictions, and Edward learned that the hard way. As the housemates received letters from home, emotions were running high, but as Bruce read Edward’s letter out, things took a turn as it concluded with the news that Edward’s time in the house had come to an end.

Tears were already flowing as housemates heard from their families for the first time since entering the house, nobody expected Edward’s letter to be signed off with love… from Big Brother!

Starting out as one of the quieter members of the house, Edward became a respite for some of the housemates. When Jane was forced to be handcuffed to him for a day, what was initially a hilarious punishment turned out to be the salve that Jane needed after fart-gate.

But it was as the manager of the Grand BB Hotel where Edward truly came alive. Through his leadership, Holly, Bruce, and Coco were held together for the most part (until Bruce and Holly’s mini revolt). Despite being worn down by the guests from hell, Edward stayed the course and never broke any of Big Brother’s rules.

During his time in the house, Edward had some strong opinions that he shared with people.

From his take on Colin and Holly’s PDA, to his feelings about Vinnie’s authenticity, Edward called it like he saw it. But when he received a ‘gift’ from Big Brother to hand out 10 nomination points live in front of Australia – and broadcast directly to his housemates – Edward’s honesty may have gotten the better of him.

Delivering Vinnie seven of his 10 points, Edward brutally called out Vinnie’s lack of authenticity. Hearing how he truly felt, Vinnie questioned who was really being fake after Edward had been his buddy up until that point.

Speaking to host Mel Tracina after leaving the house, Edward said:

“We got very close, some more than others, but they saw every side of me, my good and bad times.

“It just took me some time to get to know people, I didn’t want to throw myself with the boys club straight away, it was really nice to get to know some of the other people really well… it was awesome.”

Watch Edward’s farewell here:

A proud disability advocate and educator, Conor came into the house to dismantle the stigma around Tourette’s syndrome. In an especially heartfelt moment, Conor spoke to the housemates and pointed out that, over his time in the house, his tics were less prevalent because of how safe the others had made him feel.

And while his tics were unpredictable, Conor’s most shocking reveal in the house was that his middle name is… Waka Waka!

Conor’s passion also extended to the kitchen where he quickly made his domain in the first few days in the house. But his stern management of the rations and portions meant that he often clashed with those who were seen to be snacking or wasting food recklessly.

The self-appointed chef found himself in the hot seat with several of the housemates and earned himself a handful of nomination points throughout his time in the house. Despite getting so close to the grand finale, Conor left the house with his chef’s hat held high.

Speaking to Mel after his eviction, Conor said having the opportunity to show Australia an unfettered look at what life with Tourette’s looks like was one he couldn’t pass up.

“When the opportunity came up, I was like, wow, this is the biggest chance ever. Live, every night of the week, non-stop. I really wanted that full vision of what it is,”

– Conor said.

“I’m so used to a lot of negativity, people saying, ‘That’s not real, that’s not how it is’… having [the housemates] show me so much acceptance so fast really blew my mind.”

Conor added,

“$135,000 would have been great, but that’s not why I came in here… I came in here to make a difference in kids’ lives, to make a difference in people with disabilities’ lives, and I’ve done that.”

Watch Conor’s farewell here:

The voting lines are once again open, and one of our housemates will be walking away with over $100,000. But if we know Big Brother, there’ll still be plenty of surprises in store for our final five.

Get voting, and don’t miss the Grand Finale tomorrow night.

Live stream all the action 24/7 on 10.com.au/big-brother.

Big Brother Grand Finale – Monday, 8 December At 7.30pm.
