Paramount Australia And New Zealand’s Chief Sales Officer, Rod Prosser, To Step Down – Paramount Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) today announced that Chief Sales Officer, Rod Prosser, has decided to step down from his role and will leave the business at the end of April.
Rod has played a pivotal role in shaping Paramount ANZ’s cross-platform sales strategy across Network 10 and Paramount+ throughout his impressive 15-year tenure with the business.
As Chief Sales Officer, Rod has provided strong leadership and direction to the national sales division, building strong relationships with teams and clients and making a lasting contribution to the organisation’s ongoing success.
Beverley McGarvey, President of Network 10, Head of Streaming and Regional Lead for Australia and New Zealand, said:
“Rod has been an important leader within our advertising division and the wider management team and has guided the sales team with clarity and focus. We thank him for his contribution over many years and wish him every success.”
Lee Sears, President, International Markets Advertising Sales, Paramount Global, said:

Rod said:
“It has been a privilege to lead the commercial team at Paramount ANZ. I’m proud of what we’ve achieved together and grateful for the support of our teams and clients.
“After 15 years at Paramount, I’ve made the decision that it’s the right time for me to take a break and reset before the next chapter.”
Rod’s responsibilities will transition to Grant Madigan, who has been appointed to Vice President, Sales. Grant will assume accountability for the Australian Sales team and report directly to Lee Sears.
Rod will depart the business at the end of April.
