10 hits refresh for 2024 – Paramount has had a successful 2023 with a string of high performing programs including Have You Been Paying Attention, Australian Survivor, The Cheap Seats, Gogglebox Australia, I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here, MasterChef Australia, The Amazing Race Australia and Hunted Australia.
2024 is set to start with a bang with a rebooted version of Gladiators, hosted by Beau Ryan and Liz Ellis. Deal or No Deal returns to television with the popular game show set to take on the 6pm weeknight time slot.
10 has used December and January to finish off unaired episodes of shows and get most series up to date. Jamie’s Cooking for Less, Jamie’s 5 Ingredient Mediterranean, The Secrets She Keeps and My Life is Murder will all be played out.
FBI: International will return early in 2024.
10 will use the break to quickly run through season four of A Million Little Things on 10 Bold and the short lived US comedy, How We Roll on 10 Peach.
In fact, of the four channels, just one single program – Nickelodeon’s Catfish: The TV Show was on the only show not played out.
With Seinfeld moving to Nine, Paramount is setting a small refresh on the multi channels.
Rules of Engagement will sub in the Seinfeld slot with 10 Peach having access to all 100 episodes. Friends will be making the move – off to Nickelodeon and airing in that 7.30 to 8.30 weeknight slot. Some random episodes will still appear on 10 Peach.
10 Peach will now see The Big Bang Theory air earlier with Two and a Half Men coming in at 830 most weeknights.
There is no word yet on 10 Bold showing season three of Star Trek: Discovery or season two of Blood and Treasure.
There is also no word on the final season of Nancy Drew for 10 Peach, nor The Neighborhood. The mystery continues as to why Paramount has acquired The Conners but has not screened the latest seasons.
On the main channel, 10 will test the waters on Friday night, showing repeats of Fire Country and So Help Me Todd in the 9.30+ slots.
In place of Studio 10, the channel will offer show like Judge Judy, The Bold and the Beautiful, The Yes Experiment, Luxury Escapes, Food Trail: South Africa and My Market Kitchen.
With the network getting most shows up to date, the new and returning shows and a small refresh with the multi channels, 10 is well placed to offer up to date, fresh and engaging programs in 2024.

I’ve read this article three times and still have no idea what the massive “EXCLUSIVE” news is?
Hi Media Spy Veteran
Thank you for your comments.
I never said it was a massive exclusive.
There was some parts of the article that were not out there such as the Rules of Engagement information and that 10 would be trying out some US content in the Friday slot.
I appreciate though that you read the article three times.
I guess my comment was deleted. So much for free speech! wont be visiting this site again!
Hi Media Spy Veteran
Unfortunately you guessed wrong. Your comment was not deleted. I live in WA so when you posted your comment at 8.18am, it was 5.18am here and I was asleep. I approved immediately after coming online.
Sorry to see you go!
Have a wonderful Christmas!
The headline was “EXCLUSIVE I 10 hits refresh for 2024” – The first few paragraphs was just bunch of info reported by other sites months ago and the only new information you had was that they will be airing repeats of a 15 year old sitcom on a multichannel. Ive heard of clickbait, but that’s just ridiculous!
Hi Media Spy Veteran
Welcome back to TV Central.
The ‘refresh’ I was alluding to was the fact that 10 made a point across Nov, Dec and Jan to get through a lot of unaired content, get shows up to date and reset their multi channel strategy for Nickelodeon and 10 Peach. This allows the network to start ‘fresh’ in 2024 and start airing most shows on par with the US and be dealing with new content, rather than have a backpile of shows to playout, as Seven and Nine do. It seemed to me that 10 had an opportunity to reset and refresh in 2024. 10 Peach has been reliant on TBBT, Friends, Seinfeld, Two and a Half Men and Frasier as the core of its line-up, so I felt that changing one of the comedies was fairly significant for that channel and worth reporting. They have been showing US shows like Fire Country, FBI, all around the schedule and people have complained that Friday nights is a wasteland for 10, so I also felt it interesting that they decided to try Friday nights for their US shows. Again, something you may not be interested in or something you may not want to read (or read three times) but I appreciate your feedback and I am sure others that were interested in the content, enjoyed it. Thank you
