When feuding siblings June (Tasma Walton) and Charlie (Hunter Page-Lochard) cover up a hit and run in their hometown of Fremantle, their lives spiral wildly out of control. As the lies pile up, so do the consequences and soon, everyone in town has something to lose.

A Creative Vision Rooted in Country
Reckless is adapted by Kodie Bedford who also serves as Executive Producer of this audacious First Nations drama. She was born and raised in the Midwest of Western Australia with strong family ties to the East Kimberley region. Reckless is shot entirely on location in Fremantle and Perth, with the series capturing the grit, humour and heart of Bedford’s home state of WA.
Family Ties and Chaos
June and Charlie’s dysfunctional love-hate sibling relationship drives the chaos – she’s the one seemingly keeping it together, he’s the one unwittingly tearing it apart. Together, they’re a ticking time bomb. Their decisions pull everyone around them into a spiral of guilt, laughter and danger.

A Thrilling Adaptation
Reckless is an adaptation of the Scottish mystery thriller Guilt by Neil Forsyth, produced by Expectation Entertainment and Happy Tramp North for BBC.
