Now in recovery, he’s determined to help others find freedom. In London, PR manager Natalie is living with health anxiety and relationship OCD.

Despite managing her symptoms, the condition still shadows her daily life. And for mental health advocate Shaun, intrusive thoughts nearly tore his life apart.

Now, he’s using his story to empower others.
