Robson Green’s Weekend Escapes on SBS and SBS on Demand S3E1 and S3E2 – Robson Green once again takes the roads less travelled to explore his beloved North East England as well as the Borders, the Lakes and North Yorkshire. Meeting up with a host of celebrity guests along the way, they travel to places that are off the beaten track to find out why being outdoors and in nature helps to relax, reset and recharge.

Episode One: Matheson

Robson is joined by his Uncle Matheson as the pair head North for a weekend in the outdoors to relax and reset. On their way to their favourite fishing spot in Coldingham they have a go at hedge laying before Matheson relives his youth riding horses on the beach.

Episode Two: Green Man

Robson is joined for a boys’ weekend escape by his nephew Daymon, his brother David and his uncle Matheson. The foursome have an unforgettable adventure in County Durham.
