The Summit on Channel 9 – The group have arrived at a checkpoint, providing them with their first chance to steal someone’s cash and vote them off the mountain.
When it’s revealed that Gemma, Jans and Sam lied about Sam having immunity, Gemma is sent packing – and the 71,000 dollars she was carrying stolen for the prize pot.
The next morning, the remaining hikers set off again and tackle their biggest ascent yet – up the icy expanse of a snow covered rockface.
Annikki struggles walking on snow for the first time – and it doesn’t go unnoticed by Sam and Jans, who are on the lookout for their next target.
Ex-aerial skier Jacqui excels on the way up, but begins to show weakness on the way down.
Later, tensions erupt between Jacqui and Brooke at the campsite and a conflict emerges between the two that will play out as a massive power struggle where there can only be one winner.
