And Livinia Nixon takes us to Dunkeld (Eastern Maar and Gunditjmara Country), a scenic town nestled in the Grampians. First stop is the renowned Royal Mail Hotel, a culinary hotspot offering fine dining at Wickens, with its exquisite tasting menu featuring fresh produce from their own kitchen garden, and casual fare at Parker St Project.
