Ratings | Riverfire lights up the ratings – Riverfire by Australian Retirement Trust ignited the Brisbane skyline last night, delivering sparkling ratings.
A record number of viewers tuned in to watch the spectacle that marks the start of Brisbane Festival 2025. This year’s Riverfire by Australian Retirement Trust broadcast was the highest rating of all time.
Nine’s exclusive broadcast dominated prime-time viewing as the No.1 program of the night in Brisbane with Total People and all key demographics, reaching 398,000 viewers (Total TV Reach). Hosted for the first time by 9News Queensland’s new presenting duo, Melissa Downes and Joel Dry, Riverfire by Australian Retirement Trust attracted a Total TV average audience of 275,000.
