The Assembly on ABC and ABC iview S3E4 – With a growing confidence, the Autistic journalism students engage comedian Dave Hughes in a candid and at times chaotic conversation about life, love, overcoming demons and the pursuit of happiness.
This week’s guest is one of Australia’s most successful comedians and presenters, Dave Hughes.
To help the students dive deeper in their research, Leigh takes them on a field trip to a comedy club where they are offered the chance to try stand-up comedy before meeting with another comedian and good mate of Dave Hughes, Wil Anderson. Wil collaborates with the students on some questions to ask Hughesy.
The students ask Hughesy their best range of questions yet, and Hughesy gives them all his best in a candid and at times chaotic conversation.
