As more and more passengers on a flight from Mumbai fall ill, Dr Nikki Alexander, who is also a passenger on the flight, calculates the fearful possibility of an airborne pathogen.
When Jack phones Nikki and confirms a military-grade nerve agent could be onboard, the race is on to find the source, before all of those onboard, including Nikki, could die.
