In Brisbane, Kylie and James are rebuilding their lives after floods destroyed their home, moving their family to higher ground and daring to merge old and new with a rundown Queenslander as their starting point. But the past fights back—an unstable stone wall, a swimming pool buried beneath the floorboards, and relentless rain all test their resolve. As delays mount, their dream home begins to teeter on disaster.
Meanwhile, in Dubbo, Sally and Angus take on the impossible: transforming a derelict chapel into their wedding venue. With only six months to revive the chapel and plant the gardens, they race against time— and the weather.
