The Joeys finally have the Nug in their sights. They just need to get inside the gala at Katinkatonk Manor, past security, past the Katinkatonk “fringe” detector and past the swarm of Katinkatonks who are arriving. Easy!
They have to get the Nug before the night is over, otherwise Emilia and her family will rule the town forever. But in the chaos that ensues, they discover that Nug is in fact a fake, and Amelia smashes it into a million pieces.
