At the same time, Ophelbert and Penelope are preparing to take centre stage, determined to reveal the true story behind the Nug. Their version of events shines a light on how Great Granny Pye discovered the Nug 100 years earlier and exposes the lies told by Mavis Katinkatonk.
As the chaos unfolds backstage, Amelia sneaks beneath the stage to recover the real Nug before Emilia can unveil it during the performance. But there’s one major problem — it’s gone. Someone has beaten them to it.
