Teenage Boss: Next Level returns for Season 3 on ABC – The budget busters are back, with Teenage Boss: Next Level returning for a brand-new season on ABC.
The third season premieres Friday, 31 July on ABC iview. It will also screen Saturday, 1 August at 7.30pm on ABC Family.
Hosted by Emma Watkins, Teenage Boss: Next Level follows a new group of teenagers from across New South Wales. Each teen takes control of their family’s budget for an entire month.
It is a big challenge. However, it is also a very real one.
The new Teenage Bosses must quickly work out how to make every dollar count. They also need to balance household needs with their own personal savings goals.
Those goals include building a home gym, funding a filmmaking project and booking a gap year trip to Europe.
However, the numbers do not always go to plan. Rising grocery costs, unpredictable petrol prices and unexpected big-ticket expenses all test the teens as they learn what it takes to manage a household budget.
Along the way, Emma offers tips and tricks to help them understand the pressure of daily spending. As a result, the series gives young viewers and families a fun look at money, choices and responsibility.
The format also puts real-world decision-making front and centre. From food bills to fuel costs, the teens must learn that every choice has an impact on the family budget.
With its mix of humour, heart and financial lessons, Teenage Boss: Next Level delivers an honest look at what happens when teenagers take charge.
Teenage Boss: Next Level is a McAvoy Media production for the ABC. Principal production investment comes from the ABC, with post, digital and visual effects supported by Screen NSW.
Teenage Boss: Next Level premieres Friday, 31 July on ABC iview. It will also screen Saturday, 1 August at 7.30pm on ABC Family.
