High Hoops on ABC iview S1 – Can new girl Aoife turn her schools rubbish basketball team into winners and make herself popular and cool at the same time?
When Aoife starts a new school she is determined to reinvent herself and attract cool new friends. Only she ends up crashing into the basketball try outs for the school’s very uncool girls 3×3 basketball team.
They have never won a match and once they realise Aoife is an award-winning baller, they are desperate for her to join the team.
Aoife resists, instead she puts her energies into fitting in with the popular Jessica gang. Only when Jessica gets mean and seems determined to humiliate the newly christened Vipers basketball team, Aoife can take no more and steps in to do the right thing.
