JOHANNA – THE EVOLUTION OF OUR DRINKING WATER
If you drank a glass of sea water, you’d get really sick, right? Actually, the water you’re drinking right now might’ve come from the sea – it’s just been desalinated first. It’s an amazing process and Johanna’s checking out one of Australia’s five desalination plants to find out how it’s done.
COLIN – CHICKEN ON CHAINS WITH CORN
Colin’s making the most of the beautiful spring weather and cooking a winner of a recipe in the wilderness. He’s making roast chook – but not like the ones you eat at home! Dangled on chains over a fire pit and served with fire-roasted veggies and a delicious corn puree, you’ll never want to eat at the dinner table again.

CLARISSA – GOCHUJANG CHICKEN WINGLETS WITH SMASHED CUCUMBER
There’s one ingredient the whole world’s obsessed with right now. Gochujang is a fermented chilli paste from Korea that’s spicy, sweet, salty and absolutely lives up to the hype. This week, Clarissa’s using it in the sauce for her oven-cooked chicken winglets. Paired with honey, ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil, this is one sauce you’ll want to add to absolutely everything.
CHARLIE – MORE THAN JUST A LETTERBOX
No front garden is complete without a fabulous letterbox and this week, Charlie’s showing you how to make your own. He’s using recycled sleepers to create a rustic-look letterbox that’s so stunning, it’s a sculpture in its own right.
GRAHAM – PLANTS THAT BITE
Move over snakes, spiders and mosquitoes…there’s something else that Aussies are getting bitten by when they’re outside: their plants! From sharp thorns to poisonous sap, there are lots of common plants that can be bad news for your hands…so Graham’s sharing his top tips on what plants to steer clear of, and how to prune the rest of them without getting hurt.

DR HARRY – SAVING SPRING’S ORPHANED NATIVE ANIMALS
Spring is peak baby season for our native animals and while there are plenty of newborn animals enjoying life with their mums right now, there are some that aren’t so lucky. Due to domestic pet attacks, road deaths and more, some native animals end up orphaned…and they need our help. Dr Harry’s meeting some of the dedicated wildlife carers who are working around the clock to give orphaned Aussie native animals a second chance at life. From kangaroo joeys to baby ringtail possums and more, get ready for a cuteness overload!
JULIET – AT HOME WITH TIGGER HALL
Juliet’s meeting one of the giants of the interior design world. Tigger Hall started her career in haute couture, but her true passion was always textiles and interior design. These days, she’s the founder of Nine Muses Textiles, for which she not only designs fabric and wallpaper but cushions, furniture, lampshades and more. Tigger divides her time between her stores in Sydney, Melbourne and the Southern Highlands, where you can see her quirky, eclectic and playful style in action – which are all qualities you’ll find in her stunning Southern Highlands home, too. Juliet’s meeting Tigger to find out all about her beautiful world of colour.
