JOHANNA – A VIEW OF PACIFIC PINES
Located close to beaches and the city with a relaxed coastal atmosphere, a friendly and

want to live on the Gold Coast? And just a short drive from the city centre, in the suburb of
Pacific Pines, it’s possible to buy a freestanding home for a good price that’s perfect for

perfect place to call home.
DR HARRY – SYDNEY SEAHORSE PROJECT
The views of Sydney Harbour are spectacular, but dive beneath the water and you’ll find a
world teeming with marine life that’s just as breathtaking. Unfortunately, one of the
harbour’s most unique residents is currently facing a major threat. The White’s Seahorse is
only found on the east coast of Australia, but due to human activity and habitat loss, its
numbers have dramatically declined in recent years. This week, Dr Harry’s meeting the
research team bringing the White’s Seahorse back from the brink. They’re restoring seagrass
meadows in Sydney Harbour, breeding seahorses in captivity and then releasing them in
‘seahorse hotels’ – artificial habitats designed to support their recovery. Dr Harry is finding
out more about their amazing work.
DR HARRY – LIFE OFF THE TRACK
What happens to racehorses when they retire? Dr Harry’s visiting international thoroughbred
stud, Godolphin Australia Aberdeen, to find out. Their Lifetime Care program is one of several
retirement programs that help champion horses live fulfilling lives, even after their
professional careers are over. These horses thrive as therapy animals and companions, and
many of them are rehomed, too. Dr Harry is meeting some of these amazing horses to find
out what life is like off the track.
ADAM – LOUNGE IN A CLASSIC
This week, Adam’s not just making a chair…he’s making a standout piece of modern art. The
Red and Blue Chair was designed over 100 years ago by Gerrit Rietveld and became so iconic,
it’s now found in museums across the world. Geometric, minimalist and understated, this
chair really does make a statement…but the original version comes with a $120,000 price tag.
So, Adam’s making his own spin on it, using off-the-shelf and affordable materials from the
hardware store. Not only does the final result make a statement, but it’s also super comfy,
too.
COLIN – FISH STEW
Colin’s making his version of a traditional French bouillabaisse, or seafood stew, and it’s
delicious, easy to make and affordable. Colin’s using mussels and leatherjackets, but any fresh
cut of fish will do. Served in a tasty broth made with fennel, ginger, white wine, tomatoes,
orange, thyme and cream, this stew is bursting with flavour and guaranteed to warm you up
on a cold day.
CLARISSA – STEAMED PORK BELLY RIBS WITH BLACK BEANS
Clarissa’s recreating a popular yum cha dish and her version tastes just as good as what you’d
get in a Chinese restaurant. Made with fermented black beans, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and
lots of chilli, these steamed pork belly ribs take only 15 minutes to prep, and they’re
guaranteed to be a crowd favourite.
CHARLIE – WHAT’S WRONG WITH MY LAWN?
It’s the series of questions we’ve all asked at some point, usually without a satisfying answer:

Weather seal tape is a great tool for closing gaps in your home and keeping the cold out during
winter…but did you know it can be used as the starting point for a unique piece of art too?
Juliet’s showing you how to use it to create your own textured masterpiece…and it’s really
