Victorian husband-and-wife team Nathan and Julia head into the Grand Finale at the top of the leaderboard with 72 points.
The pair consistently impressed the judges with polished, family-friendly spaces. But will they nail their backyard?
Mother-daughter duo Emma and Michelle sit in second place with 71 points, having redeemed themselves from their disastrous bathroom reveal after scoring two perfect 10s for their living, dining, and laundry zones last week.
Young couple Mitch and Shaz, also sitting on 71 points, entered the competition as frontrunners, delivering bold styling and some of the season’s most talked-about spaces. But will they recover from their recent shock slide down the leaderboard after failing to impress the judges with their “dark” kitchen?
And Melbourne mates Franky and Isaac proved they are serious contenders, earning praise throughout the competition for their risk-taking design choices and dramatic transformations. Can they wow the judges with their Greek-inspired backyard?
But it’s not just the contestants who will walk away winners. Two lucky Aussie families will receive a life-changing call telling them they have each won a renovated, fully furnished, fully landscaped, state-of-the-art home.
