AFL legend Ron Barassi AM will be farewelled at a State Memorial Service this Friday with special coverage from the MCG live on Channel 7 and 7plus.
7NEWS Melbourne’s Peter Mitchell and Rebecca Maddern will anchor Seven’s broadcast from 10.30am, as Barassi is remembered for his impact on football and his contributions to the wider community.
Seven’s coverage of the State Memorial Service will air commercial free from 11.00am on Channel 7 in Melbourne and can be streamed nationally on 7plus.
