Before the ladies had even settled into country life, Farmer Jason was left blindsided when one of his top five women made the last-minute decision not to join him on the farm. The unexpected departure reignited Jason’s long-held concerns about whether potential partners would be willing to embrace life in the country.
The farmers then handed over control of their next dates, tasking the women with planning blind date experiences. But while some connections blossomed, others found themselves dealing with jealousy and frustration.
At Farmer Zac’s farm, Miranda struggled to hide her disappointment when Zac chose Jessica’s slip-and-slide date idea, particularly after Jessica had recently questioned whether she wanted to stay. The date quickly took an unexpected turn when Zac injured himself, spending the day in hospital with Jessica by his side.
Farmer Jarrad’s romantic dinner date also caused confusion when he mistakenly credited Cara with planning the evening, when it had actually been organised by Carly. Not one to miss an opportunity, Cara interrupted the date under the guise of collecting wine glasses, adding another layer of intrigue to the already complicated dynamic.
Meanwhile, Farmer Alex continued navigating his growing connections following his 24-hour date with Eddy, while Farmer Dylan enjoyed a creative bird’s nest building date with Lily.
The evening also brought the first farm farewells, with Dylan saying goodbye to Tenille and Jarrad farewelling Georgia. Over at Alex’s farm, a heartfelt moment before dinner prompted deeper reflection when Eddy chose to say Grace, leaving Alex questioning whether differing beliefs could impact a future relationship.
Following a difficult day that included his hospital visit, Zac decided not to send anyone home. Jason also chose to keep all of his remaining ladies on the farm, although the decision sparked an emotional reaction from Jessica, who stormed out and locked herself in her room.
With the annual Country Ball on the horizon, fresh romances are set to bloom while other relationships face their toughest test yet.
