MKR on Channel 7 has final 4 face off – Who will make the Grand Final? The unmissable MKR semi-finals start this Sunday at 7.00pm on Seven and 7plus.
It all comes down to this, as MKR’s top four – NSW dads Justin and Will, Queensland besties Lol and Lil, South Australia’s high achievers Maria and Bailey, and loved-up couple from Western Australia, Danielle and Marko – leave nothing behind in their bid for a Grand Final spot.
Underestimated from day one, underdogs Lol and Lil have made Logan proud.
Lil declared:
“We didn’t come here to come fourth or third, we came here to be in the Grand Final.”
“This is do or die,”
– added Lol.
Footy dads Justin and Will have been frontrunners since topping the leaderboard at their very first Instant Restaurant leaderboard, but will the pressure of the semi-finals prove their undoing?
Justin said:
“The time away from our family has been the hardest thing about MKR, but it’s also been the greatest motivation. We want to do them all proud.”
Danielle and Marko have tasted both ends of the competition – from the top and the bottom of the leaderboard.
Danielle said:
“We’ve come so far already. We want to go all the way.”
Never shying away from their competitive nature, Maria and Bailey have had their eyes on the prize from day one.
Maria said:
“This is our last chance, we can’t lose now.”

About the Show
Get ready, Australia – the table is set, and the heat is back on!
A brand-new season of My Kitchen Rules returns to Seven and 7plus at 7.30pm on Monday, 1 September.
This year, MKR is serving up more than just food. Real kitchens, real stories and unforgettable flavours – MKR celebrates the heart of home cooking.
The competition is fierce, the stakes are high and the pressure is on.
Presiding over the table, culinary icons Manu Feildel and Colin Fassnidge return as co-hosts and judges, united by friendship and a shared passion for discovering Australia’s top home culinary talent.

Manu said:
“Cooking continues to evolve – in households across Australia and around the world. This year’s MKR contestants bring new recipes, fresh ingredients and innovative tactics and techniques. We’re in for a very interesting season around the dinner table.”
Added Colin:
“There are many different personalities at the table, all firing at 110%. Also upping the ante this year, we have some controversial dishes, one in particular that will divide the table and the nation.”
From cherished family recipes passed down through generations to bold new twists on traditional favourites, this season is a celebration of heritage, heart and homegrown talent.
Expect big personalities, bigger flavours and a whole lot of sugar and spice on the plate and around the table.
