DR HARRY – HEPHNER THE HELPING ALPACA

He may be named after the world’s most notorious playboy, but Hephner the alpaca is about so much more than that. Calm, curious and completely unphased, Hephner’s owner and handler, Robert, knew he was something very special. And so Hephner and Robert started to travel the country, raising money and awareness for mental health issues. Along the way, Hephner started working in aged-care homes and palliative care centres as a therapy animal…and he’s become Insta-famous! The joy, comfort and connection Hephner brings to everyone he meets is truly extraordinary and Dr Harry can’t wait to meet this very special animal.

COLIN – LAMB RAGU

Take a trip to Spain with this simple yet saucy lamb ragu. With Spanish flavours like chorizo and smoked paprika, this ragu is packed full of veggies like capsicum, zucchini and potato. Served with green olives and a loaf of crusty bread, it’s the perfect dish to get you out of that midweek meal rut.

JULIET – AROMA STONES

We all love our homes and cars to smell nice, but home fragrances don’t come cheap! So Juliet’s showing you how to make your own aroma stones, which can be hung in your linen press, wardrobe or car for a lovely scent. Made with either air dry clay or plaster of Paris, this craft project is super inexpensive and easy enough to involve the kids. The finished stones look as good as they smell and are great to stockpile for those last-minute gifts.

GRAHAM – GRAFTING CAMELLIAS

Camellias are one of Graham’s all-time favourite flowers and this week, he’s sharing a personal success story. Many years ago, he grafted an old variety with gorgeous pink blooms together with a more modern one. Finally, it’s in bloom and Graham’s can’t wait to show you what it looks like.
