It’s definitely not boiling them. That’s something we can agree on.
FAST ED – BANANA & ORANGE UPSIDE-DOWN CAKE WITH LIME CARAMEL SAUCE
Ed’s turning the dessert world upside down with the most delicious banana cake you’ve ever eaten. Of course, there’s lots of other good stuff, like oranges, golden syrup, butterscotch sauce, spices and even some sour cream to balance all that lovely sweetness. Treat yourself this weekend with the cake that looks better on the bottom than it does on the top.
CHARLIE – LUSCIOUSLY NUTTY – BROOKFARM WALKAROUND
When the Brook family made a sea-change and moved to the Byron Bay hinterland in 1989, they could never have envisioned that 30 years later they’d have a thriving macadamia farm business selling products all over the world. But possibly their proudest achievement is planting over 35,000 trees to restore an ancient rainforest from a disused, weed infested old dairy farm, creating a new ecosystem for the area. Join Charlie has he visits their farm to not only taste their delicious products, but also discuss how they’ve become pioneers in the industry of regenerative farming.

A nice warm pot of tea with mint picked fresh from your new herb garden might just help warm you up during these cold winter days.
DR HARRY – ANGEL THE PRIMARY SCHOOL GOOSE
Learning about farmyard animals teaches kids valuable life lessons, such as where their food comes from and the importance of having responsibilities. Tonight, Dr Harry’s visiting a primary school that is doing just, that with a small menagerie of chickens, geese and even a peacock. But it’s one particular Goose that Dr Harry’s there to see. She’s an Angel by name and an Angel by nature, with some very special wings. But what has caused this affliction?
