JOHANNA – 3D PRINTED HOME
3D printers can make just about anything these days…but what about a house? This week, Johanna’s meeting Ahmed Mahil, who owns a 3D construction printer business in Melbourne and is currently building his dream home…all using a 3D printer. So far, the walls have been printed and he’s in the process of putting on a second storey. But just how does the process work and is it easier and more cost-effective than building a home the old-fashioned way? Johanna’s finding out all the nuts and bolts.

COLIN – PORK CUTLETS WITH A GREEN CRUST
Colin’s taking the crumbed pork cutlet up a notch. In addition to breadcrumbs, Colin adds pine nuts, mint sage, rocket and parmesan to the crust making it cheesy, crunchy and packed full of flavour. Served with a wilted rocket and onion salad, pork cutlets have never tasted so good.
ADAM – ADAM ROCKS A HAMMOCK
This week, Adam’s sharing a real feat of engineering. He’s making a free-standing hammock that rocks…literally. Made from simple materials, like marine ply, this impressive and stylish piece of furniture will have everyone talking.
GRAHAM – THE COLOUR OF SPRING IN WILD MEADOWS GARDEN
What better way to celebrate the start of spring than a truly spectacular garden that’s bursting with colour, blooms and fantastic ideas? Wild Meadows Garden is tucked away in the picturesque village of Little Hartley, on the foothills of Sydney’s Blue Mountains. Lovingly crafted by horticulturist, Stephen Vella, you’ll find three acres of romantic meadow-style plantings filled with spring bulbs, perennials, and rare and unusual plant finds. This masterpiece is guaranteed to get you excited about being in the garden.
HARRY – HOME ALONE
Most dogs don’t like being home alone, and if your house is getting totally destroyed by your pet pooch, you won’t like it either! This week, Dr Harry’s sharing a few simple ways to keep dogs occupied when you’re out…and both you and your dog will be happier as a result.

CLARISSA – OTAK OTAK
This week, Clarissa’s sharing a mouthwatering recipe that’s been passed down from her mum. ‘Otak Otak’ literally means ‘brain brain’, but if the name sounds strange, this appetizer is anything but! These spicy fish cakes are made with a chilli, ginger and lemongrass paste, which is mixed with coconut cream, rice and fish and then wrapped in banana leaves and steamed. Serve these up at your next dinner party and watch your guests be impressed.
