The Odyssey Mumbai premiere – Matt Damon and Tom Holland joined director Christopher Nolan and producer Emma Thomas in Mumbai as the global tour for The Odyssey continued in India.

The foursome surprised fans at a special screening in Mumbai on Friday night before attending a press conference, photo call and premiere on Saturday. Universal describes Mumbai as India’s entertainment capital and the cosmopolitan heart of Maharashtra.

Christopher Nolan’s mythic action epic

The Odyssey is described as a mythic action epic shot across the world using brand new IMAX film technology. Universal says the film brings Homer’s foundational saga to screens worldwide as the first feature film ever shot entirely with IMAX film cameras.

The Mumbai stop brought together Damon, Holland, Nolan and Thomas as the campaign moves toward its next global tour stop in New York.
