The Man with the Bag teaser reveals Arnold Schwarzenegger as Santa – Prime Video has released the teaser trailer and poster for The Man with the Bag, a Christmas heist adventure that casts Arnold Schwarzenegger as Santa Claus.
The film premieres globally on Prime Video on 2 December 2026. It pairs Schwarzenegger with Alan Ritchson in a festive action-comedy that turns Santa’s missing magic bag into the centre of a race to save Christmas. For Australian Prime Video viewers, it gives the service a major star-led original for the holiday viewing period.
Santa needs a thief
When a rogue elf with a grudge steals Santa’s red bag, Santa turns to Vance, a thief from the Naughty List, for help. Vance assembles a crew of misfits, joined by elves and reindeer, for an unlikely rescue mission.
The teaser introduces the film’s Christmas-world premise and its heist mechanics, rather than simply positioning Schwarzenegger in another action role.
