AFL on Channel 7 round 6 fixture – Historic ANZAC Day match stars in six massive days of sport on Seven.

AFL, The Front Bar, LIV Golf, Racing and World Surf League on Seven and 7plus

Australians will be treated to a huge six days of sport action on the Seven Network, including the iconic annual ANZAC Day AFL showdown between Collingwood and Essendon live and free from the MCG.

Kicking off from 2pm AEST on Tuesday, Seven will broadcast a full pre-game ceremony live and free, including the traditional ANZAC Day moment of silence in front of a packed MCG crowd.

The footy action kicks off tonight when Andy, Mick and Sam assume their usual positions at The Front Bar, alongside special guest, former Collingwood midfielder and BrownlowMedallist Dane Swan, from 8.30pm on Seven and 7plus.

Football’s #1 commentary team will deliver all the action live from stadia around the country this weekend, starting with Friday Night Footy at Optus Stadium in Perth between Fremantle and the Western Bulldogs from 7.30pm AEST on Seven.

Tomorrow night, fans can tune into Seven for the annual Len Hall match, between Fremantle and the Western Bulldogs, with a full pre-game ceremony to open ANZAC Round on Channel 7 and 7mate. Then, tune in post-match for the Armchair Experts with Cam Luke, Georgie Parker and Campbell Brown from 11.30pm AEST on Channel 7, 7mate and 7plus.

Rounding out this week’s AFL matches on Seven are:

  • Geelong Cats v Sydney Swans at GMHBA Stadium on Saturday from 7.00pm AEST on Channel 7 and 7mate
  • Carlton v St Kilda at Marvel Stadium on Sunday from 3.00pm AEST on Channel 7 and 7mate
  • ANZAC Eve – Melbourne v Richmond at the MCG from 7.00pm AEST on Channel 7 and 7mate

Fans in NSW, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia can also watch Round Six matches involving teams from their home states live and free on Channel 7.

Some of the world’s best golfers will be on show from midday tomorrow for the Adelaide leg of LIV Golf, live and free from The Grange on Channel 7, 7mate and 7plus.

Across three jam-packed days from this Friday, viewers can tune in to five hours of daily coverage of Australia’s inaugural 54-hole showpiece event – headlined by Aussie superstar Cameron Smith – on Channel 7 and 7mate, as well as live and on-demand streaming on 7plus.

Throughout Seven’s coverage of LIV Golf in Adelaide, fans can also tune in to the LIV Golf Team Stream: Ripper GC pop-up channel on 7plus, a bespoke feed for Cameron Smith’s Ripper GC team, focussed purely on Australians, Smith, Matt Jones, Marc Leishman and Jediah Morgan.

Following last week’s Aussie blitz at Bells Beach, the World Surf League Championship Tour is in full swing, live from Margaret River in WA. The event window kicks off today with a call time of 9am AEST for the next 10 days – all of the action live or every heat from the Margaret River Pro on demand on 7plus.

Winter Racing gets underway on Seven this Saturday, with five hours of thoroughbred racing live from Hawkesbury Guineas Day and the Mornington Cup from 12.00pm AEST on Channel 7, 7two and 7plus. Then, Seven will bring fans all the action live from GMHBA Stadium when Geelong take on the Sydney Swans, from 7.00pm AEST.
