2023 NFL Draft Coverage on ESPNESPN brings all the excitement from the NFL off-season’s signature event, where the future of all 32 NFL franchises will be determined, as one of the most unpredictable NFL Drafts in recent memory unfolds.

This year’s edition of the NFL Draft is being held in Kansas City, from Friday April 28 – Sunday April 30 AEST.

ESPN’s coverage of the 2023 NFL Draft begins Friday April 28 at 10am AEST LIVE on ESPN2, with all three days of draft action live across the network.

The 2023 NFL Draft has already been the most unpredictable, with the Carolina Panthers now owning the number one pick.

Initially it was in the possession of the Chicago Bears, but they chose to trade away the coveted spot for a host draft picks and receiver DJ Moore.

The 2023 draft will also only see 31 picks in the first round, after the Miami Dolphins forfeited their first-round pick.

Quarterbacks are again expected to dominate at the top of the draft pool, with Alabama’s Bryce Young and Ohio State’s CJ Stroud the two leading college stars in that position. Kentucky’s Will Levis and Anthony Richardson out of Florida are also in the conversation early.

Friday’s first round kicks off three days of extensive wall to wall coverage of the 2023 NFL Draft across ESPN, ensuring NFL fans are covered from every angle.

Mike Greenberg, an ESPN mainstay for more than 26 years, will host the NFL Draft for the third consecutive year.

ESPN’s NFL Draft commentator roster is full of familiar faces, including Mel Kiper Jr., who will be working his 40th NFL Draft for ESPN. Booger McFarland, a 1999 NFL draftee, and Louis Riddick, a 1991 NFL draftee, will join Kiper on the desk, as part of ESPN’s NFL Draft telecast.

Established NFL contributors Suzy Kolber, Adam Schefter and Chris Mortensen will all once again be part of ESPN’s NFL Draft telecast, with Kolber interviewing prospects following their selection and Schefter and Mortensen providing all the latest news from around the NFL.

Combined with ESPN’s studio show offerings, more than 30 hours of live programming will originate from the home city of the reigning Super Bowl Champions throughout the NFL Draft.

ESPN’s traditional presentation will focus on the NFL teams, the prospects and how the selections will impact the play on the field.
