Hot Wheels Let’s Race on Netflix – To celebrate the launch of Hot Wheels Let’s Race, a new 10-part, 3D-CGI animated children’s series airing on Netflix, Hot Wheels is bringing its Hot Seat adventure to Melbourne and Sydney, offering Australians the ultimate viewing experience, inspired by the cars featured in the show.
The show sees six young hopefuls at the Hot Wheels Ultimate Garage Racing Camp learn the skills they need to become the next generation of amazing racers.
The Hot Seat, first coming to Sydney and then to Melbourne, allows kids and parents to shift into high gear by joining an immersive event set in the fictitious world of Let’s Race, whilst watching the show through a portable pop-up screen.
The set-up is centred around a custom couch, modelled after the iconic Hot Wheels Baja Truck, which offers the ultimate viewing experience for little kids (and big kids), with realistic ‘smoking’ exhausts and roaring sound effects.
As part of the event, the brand will roll out the orange track carpet, supply movie snacks and surprise kids by giving away hundreds of Hot Wheels cars to take home.

The launch of this 10-episode series signifies the first time Hot Wheels has created a show with a major streaming platform. The series follows the next generation of Hot Wheels racers as they zoom through Hot Wheels City with the coolest cars from the Ultimate Garage and overcome obstacles to see who the winner will be. Challenge Accepted!
Mini motorheads can experience The Hot Wheels Let’s Race Hot Seat in Sydney at Darling Harbour on Wednesday 6th March and in Melbourne at Queensbridge Square on Saturday 9th March.
