HBO Max Launches on Prime Video in Australia as an Add-on Subscription – HBO Max is now available in Australia as an add-on subscription via Prime Video for $11.99/month (Basic with Ads) or $15.99/month (Standard).
Customers who subscribe to HBO Max via an add-on subscription will have access to world-class brands including HBO, Warner Bros., the DC Universe, Harry Potter, Discovery and more, all directly available in one convenient app experience.
The partnership builds on the momentum of HBO Max’s successful launch in Australia earlier this year, while reinforcing Prime Video’s position as a one-stop entertainment destination for Australian audiences.
Prime Video customers can seamlessly customise their own streaming experience, with one billing relationship, in one convenient app, available across thousands of devices.
As the latest addition to Prime Video’s extensive and growing collection of premium add-on subscriptions, HBO Max includes access to groundbreaking HBO Originals, including The Last of Us, The White Lotus and House of the Dragon, as well as highly anticipated upcoming series like Task, IT: Welcome to Derry and A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms. Subscribers will also have access to key Max Originals like The Pitt, And Just Like That… and Peacemaker, global favourites such as Friends and The Big Bang Theory, andWarner Bros. blockbuster hits including Minecraft, Sinners, Harry Potter and the DC Universe.
