The season six cast includes returning housewives Guerdy Abraira, Lisa Hochstein, Julia Lemigova, Dr. Nicole Martin, Alexia Nepola and Larsa Pippen. Kiki Barth, Adriana de Moura and Marysol Patton return as friends.

There’s a new housewife in Potomac and she’s here to challenge the grande dame title. Nneka Ihim is a first-generation Nigerian-American from a well-to-do family.
She’s a successful lawyer, the daughter of a doctor and newly married to a physician, and she owns multiple homes, including a new multi million-dollar house in
the heart of Potomac. Charisse Jackson Jordan returns as a friend of the cast, along with new friend Keiarna Stewart.
Married To Medicine
Season 10 • From Monday November 6
The women of Married to Medicine are back and serving season 10 realness. The ladies are all looking to make a fresh start with new friendship dynamics and putting old rivalries to rest.
Returning this season are Dr. Jacqueline Walters, Dr. Simone Whitmore, Dr. Heavenly Kimes, Toya Bush Harris and Quad Webb.
Phaedra Parks, Esq., has joined the cast and is ready to make her medicinal mark with a holistic wellness center. New cast member Lateasha Lunceford is the soon-to-be wife of Dr. Gregory Lunceford. With wedding bells and baby talk on the horizon, will a 20-year age gap get in the way of their dreams? Dr. Alicia Egolum, a dentist and friend of Dr. Heavenly, is ready to make a career pivot to full-time motherhood.
