Selling Houses Australia on Foxtel returns for 17th season – Australia’s favourite real estate makeover show Selling Houses Australia returns for its 17th season with Award-winning host and real estate guru Andrew Winter, interior design expert Wendy Moore and landscape designer Dennis Scott on Wednesday 5 March at 8.30pm on Foxtel and available to stream on BINGE.

Andrew, Wendy and Dennis will once again bring their property market know-how and renovation design flair into each project.  This season, they’re up against tough and unpredictable market conditions, while our homeowners deal with sky-high cost of living pressures.

Average Aussie homeowners with property in the middle of the market are being hit hardest, and they need the teams help more than ever to sell the unsellable.  The renovation budgets are being stretched to make every cent count to help those who are in financial distress.

This season the team tackle an array of properties, from an inner-city terrace to an overcrowded and unloved 6-bedroom home in Sydney’s western suburbs as well as a heritage home in the historical town of Camden. In Queensland, the team deal with a house that is just too big for buyers, while in Melbourne’s suburbs, they face the unthinkable task of turning two houses into one.

Andrew Winter said:

“Season 17, I cannot believe they are still letting me deliver my very personal style of real estate reality, then getting my two amazing colleagues to do all the hard work. Well, they are, and the home truths are still brutal and the makeovers as inspiring as ever.  How many actually sell?  Expect many surprises.”

Wendy Moore said:

“We are so excited to be returning for the 17th season of Selling Houses Australia. This season had us tackling two more homes for an extra-long 12-episode season with more challenges but some really fabulous transformations – and for the first time ever available to stream on BINGE – so even more people can get inspired!”

Dennis Scott said:

“Season 17 is a rollercoaster of emotions with families facing really challenging financial and emotional difficulties. There are moments where we are a bit overcome by their stories which makes us as a team (Wendy and I), work harder to get the best result possible.  We also manage to have a lot of fun with a few pranks guaranteed!”.

Andrew, Wendy, and Dennis not only offer expert advice and renovations that could transform the homeowner’s lives, but they also share invaluable real estate insights, design tips and tricks and budget-friendly ideas that anyone can apply in their own homes whether they are preparing to sell or simply looking to refresh their homes.

SELLING HOUSES AUSTRALIA is a 12 x 1-hour Foxtel Original series produced by Warner Bros. International Television Production Australia exclusively for the Foxtel Group. Format devised by Ricochet and based upon a program originally produced by Ricochet for Channel 4. Format licensed by Warner Bros. International Television Production Limited.

Selling Houses Australia is nominated for 2025 AACTA Award for Best Lifestyle Program which will be awarded at tonight’s 2025 AACTA Industry Awards on the Gold Coast.

All 16 seasons of Selling Houses Australia are available to watch On Demand on Foxtel and stream on BINGE from Wednesday 5 March 2025.
