Classified is a twisting, high-stakes look at the world of intelligence, counterterrorism, and counterespionage in which two lovers are torn apart by loyalty and family.

Triple Oh! is a dark comedy-drama based on true events starring Brooke Satchwell and Tahlee Fereday, following the lives saved and lost by ambulance paramedics Tayls (Satchwell) and Cate (Fereday).

With conflicting personalities and a policy of having sex whenever a patient dies, the pair work together to save patients in absurd medical emergencies, while navigating their complicated relationship. Each episode opens with a new patient, while the tension between the two paramedics threatens to get in the way of saving lives.

Those Who Stayed is a unique drama anthology series inspired by true events in Kyiv after the Russian invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. At the start of this brutal war, every second person left Kyiv. Yet every second person remained. These are their stories – variously moving, funny, sad, stark, unsettling, and uplifting.

Amongst the dramatic and sometimes humorous stories are Olga, her two kids and her husband, forced to live in one room with her ex-husband; Klaus, a young German doctor who travels to Ukraine to rescue a friend, only to find out she has no intention of leaving, and Verka Serduchka, a famous singer and drag act who stays put, without his usual entourage, and creates daily online posts that become a symbol of Kyiv’s resistance and faith in future triumph.

Those Who Stayed will be available in Ukrainian with English Subtitles on SBS On Demand, and air on 24 February at 10.30pm on SBS.

Based on a true story, a 17th-century nun becomes entangled in a forbidden lesbian affair with a novice. Directed by Paul Verhoeven and stars Virginie Efira, Charlotte Rampling, Daphne Patakia.

Swan Song (2021) Friday, 1 March

A retired hairdresser escapes his nursing home and embarks on an odyssey across his small town to style a dead woman’s hair for her funeral, confronting the ghosts of his past and rediscovering his sparkle along the way. Directed and written by Todd Stephens, starring Udo Kier, Jennifer Coolidge, Linda Evans.
