Uncharted on Binge three part series – SailGP has announced it will launch its first-ever, long-form premium docuseries Uncharted, highlighting how the global championship has flipped the narrative on traditional sailing.
The three-part series will be available to watch exclusively in Australia on Fox Sports, available on Kayo Sports via Kayo Freebies, Foxtel and BINGE.
The docuseries shines a spotlight on SailGP through the lens of Australian Jimmy Spithill, a generational athlete who takes viewers behind the scenes of the most exciting racing on water.
It features a rare sit-down interview with SailGP co-founder and Oracle CTO Larry Ellison, whose vision, together with SailGP co-founder and CEO Russell Coutts, has changed the entire trajectory of the sport.
The series will be released in three, 30-minute episodes, on June 4, 5 and 6, in the immediate lead up to the next SailGP event of the season, the Mubadala New York Sail Grand Prix (7-8 June).

Spithill – Red Bull Italy SailGP Team CEO and former U.S. SailGP Team driver – is one of the world’s most decorated sailors, playing the role of the hero as he navigates the uncharted waters of team ownership, leadership and high-stakes competition to build a team from the ground up in just six months.
Uncharted showcases Spithill’s emotional journey that transcends the racecourse, capturing the relentless drive, the toll on family life, and the universal challenges of chasing a dream all while redefining a sport in the process.
