The best athletes from two of the deepest cultures on earth will collide across men’s and women’s rugby league, plus mixed touch football in a stacked afternoon of footy from 12.00pm AEDT, before the men’s main game from 3.15pm AEDT.
The 2025 NRL Indigenous All Stars will feature the speed and skill of Nicho Hynes, Josh Addo-Carr and Jack Wighton, while a powerful Maori All Stars, captained by James Fisher-Harris, will be ready to fight fire with fire.
The Women’s Indigenous All Stars squad is headlined by Australian Jillaroos and New South Wales State of Origin speedster Jaime Chapman, who will be kept busy by a very loud and proud Women’s Māori All Stars team featuring Kennedy Cherrington and Jasmine Strange on their home turf.
Coverage from Nine’s Wide World of Sports is hosted by Emma Lawrence, with expert sideline comments from Indigenous All Stars legend Johnathan Thurston, former Australian Kangaroos players Andrew Johns and Billy Slater, women’s international rugby league representatives Ruan Sims and Allana Ferguson on the panel. Commentators Mat Thompson and Peter Psaltis will call the live action alongside sideline reporter Marlee Silva.
