Heavyweights Headline Eight Game NFL Extravaganza in Week Four on ESPN – ESPN continues to deliver for NFL fans with the most comprehensive offering in market, bringing viewers a massive eight games in the schedule for Week Four, including heavyweight clashes between the Minnesota Vikings and Pittsburgh Steelers, Baltimore Ravens and Kansas City Chiefs and Green Bay Packers and Dallas Cowboys.
Week Four NFL kicks off at 10.15am AEST on Friday September 26 when the Seattle Seahawks face the Arizona Cardinals.
A battle between two NFC West combatants,in what is shaping up to be one of the NFL’s most competitive divisions this season.
Arizona and Seattle sit at 2-1 after the opening three rounds, but it is Seattle who enter this game in the better form.
The Seahawks have strung back-to-back victories together, the most recent was a comprehensive 44-13 win over the Saints.
The NFL International Series is up next on Sunday September 28, as the NFL heads to Dublin for a 11.30pm AEST kickoff for the Minnesota Vikings and Pittsburgh Steelers.
Minnesota and Pittsburgh arrive in Ireland for the start of the NFL’s International Series having both secured victory last round.
The Vikings look like they will go with QB Carson Wentz for the duel with Steelers veteran Aaron Rodgers making fascinating viewing.
Monday’s NFL action includes four games, as well as an additional seven hours of NFL RedZone on Disney+.
First up at 3am AEST on ESPN, the Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles battle the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The Eagles continued their unbeaten start to the season with a hard fought 33-26 win over the Los Angeles Rams in Week Three.
Next up is another side that has started the season in impressive fashion.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have wins over the Texans, Falcons and Jets – but the defending Super Bowl champion is a proper test of credentials.
Also, at 3am AEST on ESPN2, the Washington Commanders and Atlanta Falcons.
The Falcons will be looking for a response, as the franchise were routed 30-0 in Week Three by the Panthers.
Washington is still fighting for consistency, but they impressed in a 41-24 win over the Las Vegas Raiders – in a game where former Raiders’ QB Marcus Mariota gave the offense some spark.
One of the games of the round follows at 6.25am AEST when the Baltimore Ravens tackle the Kansas City Chiefs.
After two straight losses to open the NFL season, Kansas City secured their first win of the new campaign against the New York Giants.
Baltimore, like the Chiefs, were considered amongst the Super Bowl favourites, but have not enjoyed a positive start to the season.
The Ravens were beaten 38-30 by Detroit in a game where Lamar Jackson struggled to impact proceedings.
The heavyweight showdowns follow back-to-back with the Green Bay Packers and Dallas Cowboys kicking off at 10.15am AEST.
Green Bay holds top position in the NFC North currently, despite tasting defeat last time out.
The Cowboys are sitting precariously at 1-2 and behind the Eagles and Commanders in the NFC East.
Dallas was no match for Chicago in Week Three and the pressure will only intensity on the Cowboys with every defeat.
Tuesday delivers an NFL double header that kicks off at 9.15am AEST when the New York Jets meet the Miami Dolphins on ESPN. Following at 10.15am AEST on ESPN2, the Cincinnati Bengals and Denver Broncos will complete a massive Week Four NFL lineup.
The Jets and Dolphins have disappointed to this point of the season and can already see NFL Playoffs hopes slipping away if they do not turn the tide.
Cincinnati is sitting atop the AFC North, but with star QB Joe Burrow injured and expected to miss the next few games at least, they will want to account for Denver, who sit 1-2.
