Australian Super Bowl champion Jordan Mailata joins ESPN Australia for Super Bowl LX – ESPN Australia has announced Philadelphia Eagles offensive lineman and Super Bowl champion Jordan Mailata will join its Super Bowl LX coverage, marking his first appearance as an on-air NFL analyst.
Mailata will feature across ESPN Australia’s most-watched Super Bowl programming, beginning with appearances on NFL Blitz, including the show’s final daily episode and the LIVE NFL Blitz Super Bowl Countdown pre-game broadcast.
In a special addition for Australian fans, Mailata will also join Louis Riddick, Dan Orlovsky, and Chris Fowler in the broadcast booth during the second half of Super Bowl LX.
The appointment represents a significant addition to ESPN Australia’s Super Bowl production, bringing an authentic Australian voice and current NFL player perspective to the network’s coverage of the league’s biggest event – an event Mailata won with the Philadelphia Eagles, just 12 months ago.
“It’s going to be so much fun joining the guys on the ESPN shows and especially in the booth to give Australian NFL fans a more local perspective,”
– said Mailata.
Currently a star with the Philadelphia Eagles, Mailata continues to earn recognition both on and off the field. He is also a nominee for the Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year Award this season, honouring his contributions to the community and philanthropic efforts off the gridiron.
Head of ESPN Asia-Pacific, Kylie Watson-Wheeler, said:
“We’re delighted Jordan Mailata will join ESPN Australia’s team to share his insights on all the action at Super Bowl LX.
“Jordan has a unique point of view having won the Super Bowl just last year and we’re excited audiences can tune into our exclusive ESPN broadcast for Australia and New Zealand.”
ESPN’s Super Bowl LX broadcast will be available across the most widely distributed premium sports network in Australia and New Zealand – with ESPN on Disney+, Foxtel, Kayo Sports, Fetch TV and Sky NZ.
Super Bowl LX sees the AFC champion New England Patriots tackle the NFC champion Seattle Seahawks in the finale to one of the most spectacular NFL seasons on record.
The Super Bowl Half-Time show will see Bad Bunny take centre stage in Santa Clara, with the Puerto Rican superstar and Latin trap artist set to entertain the millions watching from around the world.
ESPN Australia will again deliver comprehensive coverage live from the San Francisco Bay Area throughout Super Bowl week.
Super Bowl LX Week programming on ESPN will include the 2026 NFL Pro Bowl Games (Wednesday February 4), NFL Blitz at the Super Bowl (Wednesday-Monday), NFL Live (daily throughout Super Bowl week), and Super Bowl LX.
NFL Blitz: Super Bowl Week, hosted by Phil Murphy will air direct from San Francisco throughout the leadup to Super Bowl LX, with appearances from a variety of ESPN NFL experts such as Louis Riddick, Dan Orlovsky and NFL star Jordan Mailata.
ESPN NFL journalist Laurie Horesh and media personality Jimmy Smith will deliver live episodes of ESPN’s ‘NFL Aftrs’ from on-ground in San Francisco, available daily on via ESPN’s YouTube and Social Media channels.
