The 2026 NBA All Star Weekend sees USA take on the World Live on ESPN – The 2026 NBA All Star Weekend debuts a new three-team format as USA takes on The World, as part of a new-look NBA All Star extravaganza from the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles.
ESPN will deliver full coverage of the 2026 NBA All Star Weekend with All-Star action from Saturday February 14 to Monday February 16, including the Celebrity Game, Rising Stars Challenge, Three Point Contest, Slam Dunk Contest and the 2026 NBA All Star Game.
ESPN’s Nothing But Net will air live from Los Angeles with special NBA All-Star editions straight from courtside. Hosted by Kane Pitman, ‘Nothing But Net’ will bring all the latest news, interviews and preview of 2026 NBA All-Star Weekend.
The 2026 NBA All Star Weekend will be available on ESPN networks across Disney+, Foxtel, Kayo Sports, Fetch TV and Sky NZ – with ESPN the most widely distributed sports network across Australia and New Zealand.
The 2026 NBA All-Star Game introduces a three-team tournament format designed to increase competitiveness and highlight the league’s global talent.
USA Stars, USA Stripes and Team World are going head to head in a round robin mini tournament of four 12 minute games.
Game 1: USA Stars vs The World
Game 2: USA Stripes vs Game 1 Winner
Game 3: USA Stripes vs Game 1 Loser
Game 4: NBA All Star Championship ( Top Two sides from tournament play).
USA Stars will showcase a number of young NBA All Star talent, with the squad containing Scottie Barnes, Devin Booker, Cade Cunningham, Jalen Duran, Anthony Edwards, Chet Holmgren, Jalen Johnson and Tyrese Maxey.
USA Stripes features a stack of experienced NBA All Stars, led by Jaylen Brown, Jalen Brunson, Steph Curry, Kevin Durant, LeBron James, Kawhi Leonard, Donovan Mitchell and Norman Powell.
Team World is led by a host of international superstars such as Giannis Antetokounmpo, Deni Avdija, Luka Doncic, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Nikola Jokic, Jamal Murray, Pascal Siakim, Karl Anthony Towns and Victor Wembanyama.
This new dynamic to the NBA All Star Game ensures added tension, intrigue and competitiveness as NBA All Star celebrates in 75th anniversary.
NBA All-Star Saturday brings together the NBA’s brightest stars for a night that celebrates the skill, precision, and creativity that define the game.
The NBA All Star Three Points Contest sees a stacked lineup of NBA superstar shooters that includes Devin Booker, Kon Knueppel, Damian Lillard, Tyrese Maxey, Donovan Mitchell, Jamal Murray, Bobby Portis and Norman Powell.
The NBA All Star Slam Dunk Contest will unleash four of the hottest dunkers in the league, as they look to set new boundaries in the much loved contest.
Carter Bryant (Spurs), Jaxson Hayes (Lakers), Keshad Johnson (Heat) and Jase Richardson (Magic) will vie for the crown of Slam Dunk King.
