The 1% Club UK was #3 with 1 159 000 (816 000). The Front Bar was #9 with 1 228 000 (563 000). Talking Footy was #31 with 506 000 (204 000).

Nine

9News was #2 for the night. A Current Affair was #4 with 1 469 000 (1 037 000). RBT was #8 with 1 242 000 (548 000). Ski Rescue Down Under was #18 with 791 000 (331 000). Casualty 24/7 was #39 with 386 000 (149 000).

The Project was #14 with 953 000 (348 000). MasterChef Australia was #10 with 1 157 000 (656 000). NCIS: Sydney was #19 with 770 000 (319 000). FBI: International was #41 with 374 000 (163 000).

ABC

ABC News was #11 for the night. 730 was #12 with 1 138 000 (680 000). Hard Quiz was #15 with 953 000 (693 000). Gruen was #13 with 1 018 000 (795 000). An encore of Austin was #25 with 652 000 (289 000). An encore of Spicks and Specks was #43 with 367 000 (172 000).

  • 9News was the No. 1 program across the 5 City Metro with People 25-54. It was also the No. 1 program with Total People in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. The combined national bulletins secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.894 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.207 million (up 5.4% year-on-year). On 9Now, its BVOD audience of 92,000 was up 26% on the same night last year.
  • A Current Affair won the 7.00pm timeslot with People 25-54 and Total People across Australia and in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It recorded a National Total TV Reach of 1.469 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.037 million. It secured a BVOD audience of 73,000.
  • Tipping Point was the No. 1 afternoon game show with Total People across Australia and in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.414 million and a Total TV National Audience of 762,000 – lifting the timeslot by 62.5% when compared to the same day last year.
     
  • Today was the No. 1 breakfast program across the 5 City Metro and in Melbourne and Brisbane. It secured a National Total TV Reach of 807,000 and a Total TV National Audience of 331,000. Its BVOD audience was 36,000 – up 38.5% on the same morning last year.
  • The 9Network was the No. 1 network across the 5 City Metro with People 25-54 and 16-39.

9Now was the No. 1 CFTA BVOD platform across Australia with People 16-39.

Last night, in an immunity cook turn surprise elimination, the contestants battled it out to reinvent the classic bacon and eggs. The stakes were high, with the bottom dish seeing Sumeet eliminated, but the top dish won by Harry secured him a business class ticket to Hong Kong.

MasterChef Australia:

  • 1.16 million total national viewers reached.
  • #1 in its timeslot in under 50s and 25 to 54s.
  • Lifts 10’s timeslot 17% year-on-year.
  • Last night’s live stream audience (38,000) was up 22% on the same episode in 2023.
  • Season-to-date: Biggest BVOD audiences ever (143,000), up 30% on 2023 average.

Also, last night, NCIS: Sydney lifted 10’s timeslot 94% year-on-year and 10 Peach Comedy was up 15% week-on-week and was the #1 multi-channel in under 50s and 25 to 54s.

Last week (Wednesday, 12 June), MasterChef Australia reached 1.39 million total national viewers with 7-day viewing and was the #1 entertainment show in 25 to 54s.
