Seven News was #4 with wins in Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. Seven News at 6.30 was #5 with wins in Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide. There was no result for Perth as Seven News ran between 5.00 and 5.50pm, which was recorded in the Seven News figure (i.e 6pm). FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 – Australia v England was #1 with 4, 495 000. FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 – Australia v England – Pre Game was #2 with 1,853 000. FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 – Australia v England – Post Game was #3 with 1,786 000. The Latest: Seven News was on 524 000 and landed at #9.

VOZ figured adjusted the game to 4,439 000. When you add an additional 1,804 000 regional viewers and 958 000 watching on 7plus, that brings a total of 7,201 000 viewers.

This makes it the most watched TV program since the OzTAM audience measurement system started in 2001.

The Matildas v England Semi Final was the #1 broadcast program last night nationally and in the capital cities in all people, 25 to 54s and 16 to 39s.

Nine

Nine News was #7 with wins in Sydney and Melbourne. Nine News 6.30 was #6 with a 5000 viewer win in Melbourne. A Current Affair was #8 and still had 567 000 watching, despite the Matilda’s pre game airing on Seven. The Block aired only in Sydney and Brisbane to an audience of 175 000. A repeat of RBT ran in Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth to 105 000.

The Project 6.30pm was #27 with 154 000. The Project 7pm was #20 with 204 000. A repeat of The Dog House Australia was on 110 000. A repeat of Ambulance Australia was on 61 000. A second repeat episode of Ambulance Australia was on 97 000. A new episode of So Help Me Todd was on 64 000.

ABC

ABC News was #11 and was #2 in the slot. 730 was #14 with 295 000. Hard Quiz was #23 with 193 000. The season final of Gruen was #18 with 215 000. Gold Diggers was on 68 000. Would I Lie to You was on 98 000. The season final of Adam Hills: The Last Leg was on 94 000.
