Seven News at 6:30 was #1 with 1,184 000, a rise of 3%. Seven News was #2 with 1,139 000, an upswing of 2%. Seven’s Cricket: First Test – Australia v West Indies Day 1 Session 3 was #11 with 644 000, but with no BVOD rights, there was no rise in Total TV. Seven’s Cricket: First Test – Australia v West Indies Day 1 Session 2 was #15 with 458 000. Seven’s Cricket: First Test – Australia v West Indies Day 1 Session 1 was #26 with 320 000. Seven’s Cricket: First Test – Australia v West Indies Day 1 Lunch was #30 with 290 000. Sunrise was #21 with 374 000, a lift of 4%.
Nine News was #4 with 1,033 000, an increase of 4%. Nine News 6:30 was #5 with 995 000, a boost of 4%. A Current Affair was #6, but #1 in its slot with 844 000, growth of 6%. Country Home Rescue with Shaynna Blaze was #12 and performing strongly with 578 000, strengthening its overnight numbers by 23%. Hot Seat was running solo with no Chase competition and was at #13 with 544 000, bolstering its audience by 3%. Nine’s Afternoon News was #18 with 403 000, an upsurge of 3%. Love Island Australia was #20 last Wednesday with 385 000 fans, an improvement of 531%. Hot Seat – 5pm was #22 with 366 000, expanding its audience by 4%. Dream Listing Byron Bay was #25 with 330 000, enhancing its audience by 9%. Today was #28 with 306 000, uplifting 7%.
The Project 7pm was #14 as we said good bye to Carrie Bickmore with 526 000, up 8%. A repeat of The Dog House Australia was #17 with 424 000, a rise of 4%. 10 News First was #19 with 387 000, an upswing of 2%. A second repeat episode of The Dog House Australia was #23 with 346 000, a lift of 5%. The Project 6:30pm was #24 with 335 000, an increase of 11%. The Bold and the Beautiful was #27 with 311 000, a boost of 3%.
Fisk was #3 overall, but #1 non news with 1,094 000, growing its audience by 56%. ABC News was #7 with 838 000, strengthening its numbers by 3%. 730 was #8 with 766 000, bolstering its audience by 7%. A repeat of Hard Quiz was #9 with 741 000, an upsurge of 6%. Question Everything had a season final with 709 000 at #10, an improvement of 13%. An encore of Would I Lie to You was #16 with 433 000, expanding its audience by 11%.
SBS had the 2022 FIFA World Cup match between Wales and England at #29 with 305 000, enhancing its numbers by 51%.

Fisk was #1 overall with 385 000, an uplift of 88%. Seven News at 6:30 was the #1 news choice. Love Island Australia was #7 overall with 216 000 viewers, up 484%. The 2022 FIFA World Cup match between Wales and England was #12 with 162 000, a rise of 74%.

Analysis
Seven News was #1 and had wins in Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. Seven News at 6:30 was #2 and had wins in the same markets. Better Homes and Gardens Summer was #11 with 318 000 viewers. The movie, Groundhog Day was watched by 143 000 viewers. The Amazing Race aired its second last episode of the season for 58 000 fans.
Nine News was #3 with wins in Sydney and Melbourne. Nine News 6:30 was #4 with wins in the same markets. Country Home Rescue with Shaynna Blaze was #12 with 314 000. Dream Listing Byron Bay had 203 000. A repeat of Escape to the Chateau had 106 000. Nine News Late was on 88 000. Family Law aired to just 41 000 late night viewers.
The Project 6:30pm started with 192 000 viewers for Pete Helliar’s farewell, but The Project 7pm rose to 254 000. The 2022 AACTA Awards aired a 2 hour telecast from 7:30pm with 207 000 viewers, landing at #20 for the night. My Life is Murder wrapped up a great season with 126 000 viewers.
ABC News was #5 overall, but #1 in its slot. 730 was #7 with 463 000. A repeat Hard Quiz Kids Special was #9, but #1 non news in primetime with 380 000. ABC aired Wil Anderson: Wilogical for 266 000 viewers at #13. There was an ‘Unseen Bits’ special for Would I Lie to You, which had 190 000 viewers. Adam Hills: The Last Leg had 119 00 viewers.
