The match saw reigning AO men’s single champion Jannik Sinner defeat Ben Shelton, with Sinner advancing to the semi-finals. It achieved a National Total TV Reach of 2.912 million, a National Total TV Average Audience of 1.240 million and a BVOD audience of 312,000 – up an impressive 51.5% year-on-year.
2026 Australian Open Day 11 Night Session 2 which featured the quarter-final of Aussie women’s doubles partners Talia Gibson and Kimberly Birrell, secured a National Total TV Reach of 2.504 million viewers, a National Total TV Average Audience of 1.094 million and a BVOD audience of 254,000 – up 18.1% year-on-year.
