9News was #3 for the night. A Current Affair was #5 with 1 596 000 (1 039 000). The Block was #2 with 1 984 000 (1 070 000). The Hundred with Andy Lee was #7 with 1 288 000 (520 000). A repeat of True Story with Hamish and Andy was #23 with 655 000 (241 000). A second repeat of True Story with Hamish and Andy was on 341 000 (179 000).

- The Block was the No. 1 entertainment program with Total People and all key demos across Australia. It was also the No. 1 program of the night with People 25-54 and People 16-39. It secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.984 million, a Total TV National Audience of 1.070 million and a BVOD audience of 162,000 – up 14.1% year-on-year.
- 9News was the No. 1 program of the night with Total People across the 5 City Metro and with Total People in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It recorded a National Total TV Reach of 1.958 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.179 million – up 12.3% on the same night last year. On 9Now, its BVOD audience of 98,000 was up 66.1% year-on-year.
- Tipping Point Australia was the No. 1 afternoon game show with Total People across Australia and in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It achieved a National Total TV Reach of 1.281 million and a Total TV National Audience of 693,000, lifting the time slot by 66.6% when compared to the same day last year.
- The Hundred with Andy Lee was a timeslot winner with Total People across Australia. It registered a National Total TV Reach of 1.288 million and a Total TV National Audience of 520,000. It registered a BVOD audience of 52,000.
- A Current Affair dominated the 7.00pm timeslot with Total People across Australia and in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.596 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.039 million. On 9Now, its BVOD audience of 88,000 – up 46.7% year-on-year.
- Today was the breakfast program of choice with Total People across 5 City Metro and in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It recorded a National Total TV Reach of 759,000 and a Total TV National Audience of 302,000. Its BVOD audience was 33,000 – up 17.9% on the same morning last year.

The 7-day total viewing figures are in showing fans of Taskmaster are flocking to 10 Play to stream this hilarious show making it the #2 show in the key demo of 16 to 39s.
7-day Total Viewing Audience (Tuesday 1 October)
- Taskmaster: reached 1.05 million total viewers and was the #2 show in 16 to 39s.
- The Cheap Seats: reached 926,000 total viewers.
In episode three of Taskmaster last night, our contestants learnt how to blend into the furniture, invent their own sport, and furiously tear cards apart. And Rhys had his dreams come true during the live task.
