Seven News was #2 with wins in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. Seven News at 6.30 was #1 wins in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. Home and Away was #9 with 420 000 viewers. A repeat of the special, ABBA v Queen was #19 with 226 000. The movie, Bridesmaids had an audience of 117 000. The Latest: Seven News was on 73 000. A new episode of Friend of the Family was on 39 000.

Nine

Nine News was #4 with a win in Sydney. Nine News at 6.30 was #3 with a win in Brisbane. ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 – Semi Final 2 – Australia v South Africa – Session 1 was #5 with 592 000. ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 – Semi Final 2 – Australia v South Africa – Innings Break was #6 with 551 000. ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 – Semi Final 2 – Australia v South Africa – Session 2 was #13 with 290 000. ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 – Semi Final 2 – Australia v South Africa – Pre Match was #20 with 223 000.

The Project 6.30pm was on 132 000. The Project 7pm was #15 with 244 000. There was a split market with Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide taking Football – Socceroos v Bangladesh for 146 000 and Brisbane and Perth taking a repeat of The Dog House Australia for 64 000. All markets received an encore of The Cheap Seats for 45 000.

ABC

ABC News was #7 for the night. 730 was #10 with 338 000. The new series premiere of Bill Bailey’s Wild West Australia was #11 with 320 000. A repeat of Grand Designs was #18 with 234 000. The season final of Miriam Margolyes: Australia Unmasked – repeat – was on 119 000.
